Youtube BBC Learning English to Improve Students' English Listening Skills SMK Modern Al Alawiyah Bogor

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of using BBC Learning English YouTube as a learning medium in improving the listening skills of students of SMK Modern Al Alawiyah Bogor. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation analysis. Interviews were conducted with students who were actively using BBC Learning English's YouTube channel, while observations focused on student engagement throughout the learning process. The analyzed documentation includes learning notes and video recordings of the media usage sessions. The results of the study show that YouTube BBC Learning English is effective in improving students' listening skills, with a more interactive and directed learning experience. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of how digital media can be effectively integrated into United Kingdom language learning at the vocational level.
